AGENT P — AI TRANSFORMATION INTERNAL RISK ASSESSMENT™
Effective date: June 1, 2026 · Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how 3P Productions, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), as the data controller, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Agent P application and related website (the “Service”). Agent P is a voice-led diagnostic instrument (the “AI Transformation Internal Risk Assessment™”) that guides a participant through a spoken or typed assessment of twelve questions across three pillars (Culture, Mindset, and Skills), scores the responses, and provides results and a personalized report.
1. Who We Are
The data controller responsible for your personal information is 3P Productions, PO Box 1007, Beach Haven, NJ 08008, USA. For any privacy-related question or to exercise your rights, contact us at info@drjenniferposa.com.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Identity and contact details — your first name, last name, and email address, provided during the assessment and at the point you request your report.
- Assessment responses — your spoken or typed answers to the twelve assessment questions, which are converted to text and scored.
- Communications — information you submit when you contact us, such as the content of your message.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Functional cookies — a resume token (so you can return to an in-progress assessment) and a basic event tracker. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. See our separate Cookie Notice for details.
- Technical data — limited device, browser, and connection information generated when you access the Service, used for security and to operate the Service.
2.3 What we do not store
We capture your spoken or typed answers as text for scoring; we do not retain raw audio recordings of the assessment. We do not collect payment information through the assessment, and we do not knowingly collect special-category data.
3. How We Use Your Information and Our Lawful Bases
We process personal information for the purposes below. Where the GDPR applies, the corresponding lawful basis under Article 6 is indicated.
| Purpose | Lawful basis (GDPR) | Data used |
|---|---|---|
| Deliver the assessment, generate your scores and report | Performance of a contract / consent | Responses, name, email |
| Send your report and service communications | Consent / contract | Name, email |
| Verify your email and secure your account | Legitimate interests / contract | Email, technical data |
| Respond to contact inquiries | Legitimate interests | Name, email, message |
| Improve the assessment using aggregated, de-identified data | Legitimate interests | Aggregated responses |
| Operate, secure, and maintain the Service | Legitimate interests / legal obligation | Technical data |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your individual responses to train third-party AI models. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Automated Processing
Your assessment score and tier are produced by automated scoring of your responses, including the use of an AI model to evaluate answers. This scoring supports an informational diagnostic and report; it does not produce a legal or similarly significant decision about you. If you have questions about how your result was generated, you may contact us at info@drjenniferposa.com.
5. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers (processors) — we use trusted third parties to operate the Service, each processing data on our behalf under contract: a voice-assessment platform, cloud hosting and edge infrastructure, a database provider, an AI scoring provider, and an email-delivery mechanism. A current list of categories is available on request.
- Legal and protective disclosures — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. International Transfers
We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including providing your report, meeting legal and contractual obligations, and resolving disputes, after which it is deleted or de-identified. Specific retention periods: assessment records (30 days); contact messages (12 months).
8. Your Privacy Rights
8.1 Rights under the GDPR (EEA/UK/Switzerland)
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data; the right to data portability; the right to withdraw consent; and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
8.2 Rights under the CCPA/CPRA (California)
Subject to applicable law, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, and disclosed; the right to delete; the right to correct inaccurate information; and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8.3 How to exercise your rights
To make a request, contact us at info@drjenniferposa.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
9. How We Protect Information
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls on a least-privilege basis, and limited collection of personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Data Breach Notification
If we become aware of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and, where required, affected individuals, consistent with applicable law (including, under the GDPR, notification to the supervisory authority without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours).
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect the personal information of children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at info@drjenniferposa.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
The Service may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and where required by law we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
