User Consent Notice

Before you begin the assessment, please review and confirm your consent to how your information will be handled. Agent P is a voice-led diagnostic instrument (the “AI Transformation Internal Risk Assessment™”) that guides a participant through a spoken or typed assessment of twelve questions across three pillars (Culture, Mindset, and Skills), scores the responses, and provides a readiness result and a personalized report.

1. What You Are Consenting To

By selecting “I agree” (or by beginning the assessment where indicated), you acknowledge that you have read this notice and the Privacy Policy, and you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described below for the purpose of providing your assessment result and report.

2. What We Collect During the Assessment

• Your spoken or typed answers, converted to text, and scored. We do not retain raw audio recordings.
• Your first name, last name, and email address, which you provide so we can generate and send your report.
• Two functional cookies — a resume token and an event tracker — used only to operate the assessment, not for advertising or cross-site tracking.

3. How We Use What You Provide

• To generate your assessment score, tier, and personalized report.
• To deliver your report to the email address you provide and to communicate with you about the Service.
• To improve the assessment using aggregated, de-identified information that does not identify you individually.

We do not sell your information and do not use your individual responses to train third-party AI models.

4. Automated Scoring

Your responses are evaluated using automated scoring, including an AI model, to produce an informational diagnostic result. This result is for your insight and does not constitute a legal, financial, medical, or similarly significant decision about you.

5. Your Consent Is Voluntary and Revocable

Providing your information is voluntary. However, certain information (such as your answers and email) is necessary to complete the assessment and receive your report; if you choose not to provide it, we may be unable to deliver results or the report. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting info@drjenniferposa.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and you may request deletion of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention and Your Rights

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described and as set out in the Privacy Policy. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your information, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
