AGENT P — AI TRANSFORMATION INTERNAL RISK ASSESSMENT™
Effective date: June 1, 2026 · Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Cookie Notice explains how 3P Productions, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Agent P application and related website (the “Service”). It supplements, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy. Agent P is a voice-led diagnostic instrument (the “AI Transformation Internal Risk Assessment™”) that guides a participant through a spoken or typed assessment of twelve questions across three pillars (Culture, Mindset, and Skills), scores the responses, and provides a readiness result and a personalized report.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) perform comparable functions. Cookies may be “session” cookies, which expire when you close your browser, or “persistent” cookies, which remain until they expire or are deleted.
2. How We Use Cookies
The Service is designed to use only the minimum cookies needed to function. We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.
3. Cookies We Use
| Cookie / technology | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Resume token | Strictly necessary | Lets you return to an in-progress assessment without losing your place. Contains no personal information — it references a session only. | [Session / short-lived] |
| Event tracker | Functional | Records basic progress through the assessment so the experience works correctly. Not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. | [Session / short-lived] |
| Security / operational | Strictly necessary | Supports the secure and reliable operation of the Service (e.g. maintaining a secure connection). | [Session] |
4. Strictly Necessary vs. Optional Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be switched off through our interface. Because the cookies above are limited to operating the assessment and are not used for advertising or tracking, the Service does not deploy non-essential marketing cookies. If optional cookies are added in the future, we will update this Notice and, where required by law, request your consent before setting them.
5. Your Choices
- Browser controls — most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Because the resume token and operational cookies are strictly necessary, blocking them may prevent the assessment from working correctly (for example, you may be unable to resume an in-progress assessment).
- Consent — where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies, you will be asked to consent before any such cookie is set, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Service does not currently respond to them. As noted above, we do not track you across third-party websites regardless.
7. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law. Material changes will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
