What we collect
Your name, email address, and your assessment responses. We also set two small functional cookies (a resume token and an event tracker) so you can return to your assessment if you step away. We do not use cookies for marketing or cross-site tracking.
How we use it
Your conversation with Agent P is captured as audio and transcribed so we can record your answers. Your personalized report is generated using AI and sent to your inbox if you provided your contact information. We will look at responses in aggregate (across many people, with no individual names attached) to improve the assessment and understand population patterns and trends.
Who sees it
3P Productions personnel and the technical team that built and maintains the assessment. We do not sell, share, or trade your information with anyone else.
How it’s stored
Your information lives in a private, encrypted database with industry-standard security. We take reasonable steps to keep it safe.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your information or ask us to delete it at any time. Just email info@drjenniferposa.com and we’ll take care of it.
A note on the assessment itself
The AI Transformation Internal Risk Assessment™ is a questionnaire designed to collect insights and activate conversations initiated by the individual completing the assessment. The assessment is not a medical, psychological, or clinical assessment, and no personal health information is collected.
